Junior Business Development Manager Nordics
One of the world's leading technology companies is looking for a Junior Business Development Manager Nordics that will join their team who's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.
Period: ASAP to June 30th 2023 (full-time), with a strong chance of extension up to 18 months.
Location: anywhere in Sweden.
About the role
You will join the PCA (PC Accessories) team and the purpose of the team is to drive sales. You will be working with distribution sales – in the Nordics (Tech Data and Also) – planning budget and make sure we sell products to partners through distributors – most business is on commercial side.
- Customer-facing role to execute the PCA business with partners (commercial and consumer).
- Contact for customers (dist. and major commercial reseller) for sales and can ask support from category specialists when needed.
- Medium to large size deals - position offers to partners based on needs, provide product expertise and insights of PCA portfolio.
- Develop PCA Business in all segments (Edu, Public Sector, Commercial, Consumer) in the Nordic market (Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway.
- Drive revenue and identify opportunities and own the PCA sales revenue pipeline weekly.
- Recommend and build promotional frameworks.
Meeting needs:
- Bi-weekly PCA Category specialist alignment meeting set / receive priorities / targets / investments.
- Weekly Sales and Business Development follow up meeting with Distribution and Sales Lead.
Other Deliveries:
- Weekly business update (Forecast) and any help needed / asks to drive the business and sharing of insights from partners / market.
Who you are
- Having had a 1st experience in Sales / Retail.
- Interest in Electronics / consumer Goods.
- Self-starter, eager to learn and step into the unknown, can-do attitude.
- Analytical, need to understand how to read numbers.
- Capacity to make a proposal – add value to the client / business.
- Need someone who is eager, looking for opportunities via distributors + maintain business with current partner.
- Swedish speaker and fluent in English.
