One of Sweden's leading telecom company is looking for a Billing & Invoicing Specialist for a consultant assignment. The client's vision is to find smart and unrestricted solutions together with engaged contributors who are ready to join the mission for a society without limitations.

Duration: 2024-11-20 to 2025-05-17, with a possibility of extension.

As a Billing & Invoicing Specialist at our costumer, you will be at the core of our financial operations, ensuring accurate records and efficient processes that drive our business forward. This is a 50% part-time temporary position starting immediately and extending until the end of October 2025.

About the job
In this role, you will take responsibility for managing and executing key billing and invoicing processes for our A2P and P2P Wholesale business.

Your tasks will include:
- Handling financial processes and data extraction for accurate reporting
- Booking accruals and managing Accounts Receivable and Payable invoices
- Preparing reconciliation reports and handling disputes
- Verifying billing data to maintain accurate records
- Monitoring outstanding Accounts Receivables balances
- Collaborating with internal departments to resolve invoicing issues

Who you are

- Have experience in accounting and bookkeeping
- Possess advanced skills in Excel
- Are proficient in both written and spoken English
- Have strong organizational and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with financial processes in a B2B or wholesale setting
- Knowledge of invoicing systems and data reconciliation.
