Client Solutions Manager
The client is a multinational technology conglomerate who's on a mission to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together. They are now looking for a Client Solutions Manager to join in a consultant assignment.
About the job
The Client Solutions Manager requires a strategic and analytical solution-driver who puts the client's customers at the core of everything they do. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key relationships, serve as a consultative product expert, and lead media planning, strategy and measurement to some of the client's top clients.
This role is responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving growth, creating scaled ROI-positive marketing strategies, and driving satisfaction in innovative ways. This is done through the combination of strong marketing and media understanding and leveraging data-driven insights for the customers. You should have a deep passion for brands, marketing, data & tech integration. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, being comfortable working with large data sets to identify performance patterns and translate into solutions.
Additionally required is working with internal cross-functional partners, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines and targets. The position also entails the ability to create strong partnerships through nurturing relationships and becoming the sought out expert for the products and solutions offered, and by that becoming a strong influence power with partners.
What you'll do
- Managing a portfolio of sophisticated top-accounts cross sectors and meeting demanding quarterly revenue, growth, and solutions adoption goals
- Work to identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for partners
- Set solution strategies that ties back to partners business outcomes by understanding partners industry trends
- Analyse data and insights to identify areas of opportunity, and guide the strategy and implementation of solutions to drive growth
- Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and driving product adoption
- Media strategy development and execution
- Work and collaborate with diverse groups of internal cross functional teams
- Guide the media, creative and measurement strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against KPIs
- Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery
- Identify optimization opportunities for improving campaigns performance
- Project manage internal operations and complex work streams
- Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.
- Ability to convey complex media recommendations in both written and verbal compelling pitch presentations
- Ability to act as a consultant for partners, establishing meaningful relationships and driving clients to action
Who you are
- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing and growing a portfolio of
clients/accounts within the online retail sector, and a proven track record of
overachieving on revenue, growth and solution adoptions goals
• Demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising success
metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology
solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM)
• Effective and creative problem solving and decision making skills, and the
curiosity and hunger to learn in an ambiguous environment
• 5 years experience working within CPG, retail or Entertainment sector with marketing
• Being comfortable with using data sets and analytics to detect performance
patterns and translating them into comprehensive solutions and actionable
insights
• Being confident in presenting these insights and solutions to external clients
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams such as product
marketing, measurement, creative or engineering
• Proven track record of delivering on quota and obtaining positive reviews
• Ability to manage complex work streams while maintaining strict attention to
details
• Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a team
• Ability to travel as needed for client and agency meetings
• Strong business level English
