Hospitality Concierge / Office Manager
The world’s most popular audio streaming subscription service is looking for a Hospitality Concierge / Office Manager to join the band in a consultant assignment. The client has transformed music listening forever when launched in 2008.
Period: 2025-08-11 to 2026-11-30 (full-time), with a possibility of extension.
About the role
We’re looking for a positive, solution-oriented Hospitality Concierge to join our client's Facilities team in Stockholm as their colleague is going on parental leave until November 2026. This is a contractor role based onsite, Monday to Friday.

What you'll do
As a Hospitality Concierge, you'll be the first person colleagues and visitors meet—whether it's their first day or just a regular Tuesday. Your role will be vital in ensuring that every interaction is warm, professional, and memorable.
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for all employees and visitors.
- Managing reception routines, internal communication, and administration (e.g., intranet updates).
- Supporting internal events and assisting with set-ups and logistics if needed.
- Monitoring office Slack channels and internal ticketing system (Jira) to escalate or resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensuring the office environment - including conference rooms and common areas - is always clean, organized, and staged to a high standard.
- Coordinating with suppliers and tracking service agreements related to the reception.
- Be responsible for room bookings and guest service.
- Contributing to quality checks and improvement initiatives for the hospitality service.
- Purchasing and managing food orders as needed.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone with a natural flair for hospitality and a genuine passion for customer service. You're a people person, solution-driven, and stay calm under pressure - someone who takes ownership, sees what needs doing, and gets it done.
- At least 2 years of experience in a reception, hospitality, or similar service-oriented role.
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
- Experience with internal communications and administrative work is a plus.
- A structured and proactive approach to solving problems.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- You are friendly, professional and have a strong sense of responsibility.
