Executive Communications Support
One of the world's leading technology companies is looking for a Communications Support that will join their team who's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.
Period: ASAP to June 2026 (full-time), with a possibility of extension.
About the role
Provide strategic and operational communications support to the Country Leader and subsidiary leadership team, ensuring alignment with our client’s global narratives, local priorities, and employee engagement objectives.
What you'll do
Executive Communications:
Develop talk tracks and presentations for the Country Leader that reflect Swedish business goals, MCAPS Halo Conversation, and global communication strategies.All Employee Meetings:
Prepare and deliver content for bi-monthly All Employee Meetings, including agenda creation, invitations, logistics coordination, technology support, PowerPoint presentations, scripting, and internal marketing.Digital Engagement:
Support the Country Leader’s engagement on Viva Engage and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with key customer events and our client’s news moments.Customer Stories:
Source and communicate impactful customer stories from the subsidiary and adapt global narratives for local relevance.Executive Visits:
Create briefing materials and presentations for high-profile executive visits.Internal Marketing and Campaigns:
Coordinate initiatives such as Give, Safety, and Awards, and act as the main contact for ReDI, supporting related communication activities.Internal Channels:
Manage and update internal communication platforms, including office screens, MSW pages, and Viva Engage, ensuring content is relevant and aligned with organisational priorities.
Who you are
Ability to craft clear, strategic communications for senior executives and large audiences.
Strong project management skills to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and deliverables.
Cultural awareness and adaptability to ensure messaging resonates with Swedish audiences.
Experience managing internal communication platforms and ensuring consistency with organisational values.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
