Do you want to combine high‑quality in‑store execution with training, relationship building and data‑driven insights? As a Brand Ambassador / Field Trainer within consumer electronics, you will act as our client’s eyes and hands in the field, ensuring visibility, flawless merchandising, and strong engagement with store teams.

Location: Either Malmö, Oslo, Bergen, Trondheim, Copenhagen or Helsinki.
Start date: ASAP
Travel: Regular field travel across the region.

What you'll do

Store Visits & Merchandising

• Ensure correct merchandising, POSM placement and display alignment with brand guidelines.

• Maintain demo units, update materials and secure strong in‑store visibility.

• Act as our client’s “eyes and hands” inside each store – ensuring quality, resolving issues, and supporting improved execution.

Training & Relationship Management

• Train retail staff on product knowledge, category understanding and key selling points.

• Build strong relationships with store teams to positively influence recommendations.

• Strengthen the client’s presence through consistent, trust‑based engagement on the shop floor.

Data Collection & Reporting

• Capture structured field data: shelf status, competitor insights, staff feedback and customer questions.

• Submit photo evidence and standardized visit reports on time.

• Provide actionable insights that support continuous improvement and consistent execution across stores.

The purpose of the role is not only to execute flawlessly in stores, but also to deliver meaningful field insights that help refine the client’s strategy, assortment and retail priorities.

Who you are

• Experience in retail field work or sales/brand ambassador roles.

• Confident relationship builder - you will enjoy educating and coaching store staff.

• Comfortable with structured reporting (photos, checklists, visit reports).

• Self‑driven, organized, and solution‑oriented with high attention to detail.

• Fluent communication skills in a Nordic language and English.

• Driver’s license for efficient store routing.
