The world’s most popular audio streaming subscription service is looking for a Associate in Legal Operations to join the band in a consultant assignment. The client has transformed music listening forever when launched in 2008.

Period: ASAP, initially 6 month's contract (full-time), with a possibility of extension.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced legal operations professional to join our client's Legal Ops team for 6 months (starting asap). Together with the Legal Affairs organization, they deliver efficient, scalable, and innovative support to their growing business. They manage and support contract management and outside counsel management; support Legal Affairs strategic planning; and execute legal operations projects.

In this role, you will both provide daily support for key legal operations workstreams and projects. You will also be responsible for support related to their Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes.

What you'll do

• Work closely with our client's business and finance teams to support the deal process, ensuring compliant and efficient contract execution.

• Be responsible for daily support and administration of our CLM system.

• Support system administration and track enhancement requests with our matter management software.

• Oversee and manage payments for legal subscription renewals.

• Manage and support legal tech solutions, such as legal automation, AI workflow development and more.

• Support various legal operations projects, driving them to successful completion by coordinating with legal and business stakeholders.

• Assist Privacy Program team with operational day-to-day tasks

Who you are

• You have at least 2+ years of experience working in a legal operations role, preferably at an international organization or a large international law firm.

• You have a good understanding of legal, contract management, and corporate governance policies, roles, and processes.

• You can seamlessly bridge the gap between technical, legal, and business teams, aligning technical requirements with legal and business needs.

• You have a proven track record of delivering complex projects with legal and other business stakeholders, preferably across multiple time zones.

• You are able to make risk-based decisions independently.

• You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

• You are inquisitive and challenge the effectiveness of current processes and procedures, constantly seeking ways to improve.
