Are you a structured and proactive person who enjoys coordinating stakeholders, keeping projects on track, and turning plans into action? We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our client's global organization operating at the intersection of technology and marketing.

In this role, you will support marketing initiatives related to one of the world's leading technology ecosystems, working closely with both local and international stakeholders. This is an great opportunity for someone who enjoys collaboration, communication, and making sure things get done.

What you'll do

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will act as a key connector between marketing teams and business stakeholders. You will help execute existing marketing strategies, coordinate communications and support ongoing campaigns and projects.

Responsibilities may include:

• Supporting the execution and follow-up of marketing campaigns

• Coordinating communication and information sharing across teams

• Assisting with updates to marketing plans and activities

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and global marketing teams

• Supporting purchase order and administrative processes when required

• Assisting with the planning and coordination of larger annual events

• Maintaining and updating SharePoint content and marketing materials

• Tracking actions, deadlines, and ensuring projects move forward

Who you are

• Highly organized and attentive to detail

• Reliable and able to work independently in a remote environment

• A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills

• Interested in marketing, campaigns, and communications

• Comfortable working across cultures and international teams

• Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented

Experience within marketing coordination, project coordination, campaign support, communications, administration, or a similar role is considered a plus.
