The world’s most popular audio streaming subscription service is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the band in a consultant assignment. The client has transformed music listening forever when launched in 2008.

Period: ASAP to 2025-09-16 (full-time), with a possibility of extension.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead one of the strategic areas of the Content and Catalog Management team at the client!

The team builds the products that manage the clients content catalog. They ensure that users are kept safe from harmful content, uphold copyright and enable easy catalog management with powerful tooling. As a crucial piece of this broader mission, you will work on the strategy for the domain you are responsible for leading and engage at a cross-mission/bet level on one of their core capabilities at the Product Area level.

You’ll be working on products that improve the lives of hundreds of millions of users daily and impact the creator community who publish their content. This is a highly collaborative role, working with teams from across the organization to ensure these experiences serve the needs of users, creators & the company.

You’ll partner with a cross-disciplinary set of folks across the globe, working in a fast-paced environment, and hopefully have a lot of fun along the way.

What you'll do

• Define and drive a product vision, strategy, and metrics for the part of the core experience you work on, and galvanize your team(s) and others to follow you in bringing it to life.
• Prioritize a long-term product roadmap based on a healthy balance of innovation, reducing technical debt and maintenance and support.
• Drive alignment for key product capability across missions in conjunction with bets and strategic company initiatives.
• Collaborate with various team members and bets by leading as a partner and guiding their work, ensuring delivering user value while supporting the company strategy and goals.
• Work in a cross-discipline team alongside engineering managers and several engineers, and partner with design and product insights.

Who you are

• You have at least 5 years of product management for a major consumer-facing proposition.
• You have experience working in a cross-discipline agile team and can partner with cross-functional partners in design and insights.
• You have experience engaging across multiple organizations and stakeholder groups to bring complex and high-impact product capabilities to life.
• You have been responsible for the vision and strategy for a complex product set that spans internal, consumer and B2B interfaces.
• You are familiar with prioritizing competing priorities, along with maintenance and improvements.
• You are experienced with data-informed product development and have deep knowledge of AB testing methods, metrics development and set measurable goals.
• You are an excellent communicator and storyteller, communicating concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels, in different shapes, depending on the context.
• You know how to influence decision-making in others, in various contexts, with empathy and sensitivity.
• You understand the content landscape and platform challenges large-scale streaming companies to innovate and differentiate themselves with their content offering.
• You are good at sorting out ambiguity.
• You have high standards for yourself and others.
• You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and take on something hands-on, and you persevere when others fall away.
• You have experience working with engineers and therefore have knowledge of Java and SQL.
