Partner Marketing Manager (Nordics & Benelux)
One of the world's leading technology companies is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager that will join their team who's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.
Period: July to June 30 2026, with a possibility of extension.
About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Partner Marketing Manager to join the Device Partner Sales (DPS) team. This role will focus on accelerating Windows device refresh across the Nordics and Benelux through our distributor and reseller ecosystem. The successful candidate will lead marketing efforts aligned with Windows 10 End of Support (EOS) and the implementation of Copilot+ PCs, driving awareness, demand, conversion and sales readiness across the partner landscape.
What you'll do
Partner Engagement & Campaign Execution
- Build and execute co-marketing plans with top distributors and resellers to drive Windows 11 and Copilot+ PC adoption
- Localize and activate global campaigns
- Collaborate with OEMs and silicon partners to amplify messaging and co-invest in demand generation
- Track and report on campaign performance, partner engagement, and ROI
Strategic Planning & GTM Leadership
- Align marketing strategy with DPS FY26 priorities
- Lead regional execution of the Windows Commercial playbooks, tailoring messaging for SMB and enterprise segments
- Drive Copilot+ PC momentum by positioning them as the fastest, most intelligent Windows PCs ever
Sales Enablement & Partner Readiness
- Equip partners with localized assets, messaging guides, and enablement materials.
- Support partner skilling by adopting available tools as ExpertZone, readiness sessions etc
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Partner Dev Managers, and regional teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or field marketing within the tech industry
- Proven track record of executing integrated marketing campaigns with and through partners
- Understanding of the Windows ecosystem, device lifecycle, and B2B marketing
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working across multicultural teams in a matrixed environment
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a Nordic or Benelux language is a plus
- Knowledge of SMB and mid-market dynamics in the Nordics and Benelux
