The world’s most popular audio streaming subscription service is looking for a Treasury Consultant – Risk & Operations to join the band in a consultant assignment. The client has transformed music listening forever when launched in 2008.

Period: 2026-05-11 to 2026-11-24 (full-time), with a possibility of extension.

About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Treasury consultant (within Back office and Operations) to support its global Treasury function within Group Finance. The assignment focuses on risk management, operations (settlements / reconciliations), and ongoing treasury activities.

The Treasury team manages the company’s liquidity, financial risk, debt, cash management, and insurance programs on a global basis. The team operates across Stockholm and New York and works closely with broader Finance and business stakeholders.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to core treasury operations while supporting strategic initiatives and process improvements.

What you'll do

● Treasury Operations
○ Execute and oversee back-office treasury processes, including FX trade administration, settlements, and month-end closing activities
○ Monitor and support automated workflows and ensure operational continuity

● Risk Management
○ Monitor financial risks (liquidity, counterparty credit, FX exposure) against internal frameworks and limits
○ Support reporting and escalation of risk exposures to senior stakeholders

● Projects & Process Improvement
○ Contribute to treasury-related projects, including systems, controls, and process enhancements
○ Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and governance across treasury activities

Who you are

● Experience in operations within corporate treasury or the financial sector
● Strong understanding of financial instruments, FX, and liquidity management
● Proven ability to manage operational processes with high accuracy and control focus
● Experience working with treasury systems (experience with our treasury system, Kyriba, is preferable) and AI
● Proactive, adaptable, detailed-focused and able to operate effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment
